The processing of your order

After you have placed your order by clicking on [CONFIRM]/ the confirmation button, the order will be send to the sales department and you will receive automatically a confirmation mail.

If you haven’t received a confirmation mail within one hour, something has gone wrong. The most common causes are a spam filter which blocks the email or an incomplete processed iDeal payment. In such a case we recommend you to contact us by email or via contact form. Please mention as much as information possible concerning your order or payment.

Package shipment:
When you have chosen for ‘Paying in advance’/ ‘Prepay’, you pay the amount of your order, including transportation costs into our account. As soon as your payment has been processed, you will receive a payment confirmation. We kindly request you to arrange for payment of your order within one week. Products in stock are set aside for you during a period of one week.

Once we have received your payment and the order has been processed, the product will be send to you. On this moment you will receive an Order Update after which you will receive a separate mail with the DPD Track & Trace code and a direct link to a website on which you can follow the shipment.

Exceptionally, we send your products directly from the supplier to your home address. The transportation will then be carried out by the transporter which the supplier usually contracts. This transporter generally is DHL or GLS.
